GENERAL RULES

1. Discussions about the downloading of copyrighted material are not allowed, and under no circumstances are links or specifics to be brought up. Living in a country where downloading copyright material without the owner's consent is not illegal does not make you an exception; we cater to the lowest common denominator.
2. Discussions about what to do with downloaded content, regardless of it being illegal or not, are NOT for these forums. Any threads asking for help with downloaded files (includes playback of movies or installing programs) will be locked and trashed. Repeated attempts to reopen the thread WILL result in a ban
3. Read the FAQ and ALL stickies, and search the forums before posting a new thread. Chances are very good that you're going to be posting something that's been posted before.
4. Old versions of µTorrent are unsupported. If you have an issue with an old version, upgrade before you post. We won't help you if you don't.
5. Spam = lock 'n' ban

1. Avoid language which can be deemed offensive to other users.
2. Don't bump threads unnecessarily. That means "don't bump every single hour, day, or week."
3. Keep discussions on topic; don't hijack threads.
4. No trolling or flamebaiting.
5. Refrain from posting messages MOSTLY CAPITALized, Needlessly Capitalizing Each Word, or using |_337 5|>34|<.
6. Posting in the wrong section will get you the wrong type of support. Post correctly so your issues can be solved quickly.
7. Quoting an entire post is annoying. DON'T do it. If you must, quote the parts you're responding to directly. Quote pyramids are annoying too. DON'T let them happen in your posts.
8. Cross-posting is NOT appreciated. Posting to ONE thread with your issue is enough. Post to many different threads will result in them being deleted.
9. Thread hijacking is EXTREMELY rude. Unless your issue is directly related to the one in the thread, or you are voicing support for a feature request, DO NOT post. Any hijack posts WILL be deleted. Repeated hijacks will result in a ban.
