In short, no maater the torrent (Tried many) 1000's of seeders and peers picks up to 15-20 seeds and 5 to 20 peers up tp speeds of 120kb and all drops out and starts again. This process is taking place in approx 10 - 20 sec cycles...have tried:Leaving over longer periods20 different torrents6 different sitesre-installing utorrentrestarting utorrent approx 10 days now, cant think of what else it may be....
