I am planning to save bandwidth in my local network which is connected with more than 2000 Clients. I know some client download same torrent in the network. if we can enable them by force it will be big bandwidth save.. i search and found that Local Peer Discovery is implemented with HTTP-like messages on User Datagram Protocol (UDP) multicast group 239.192.152.143:6771 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Local_Peer_Discovery) so how we can enable multicast in our network router?
