Ryrynz Posted February 8, 2015 Report Share Posted February 8, 2015 It only took close to 7 months, but...- Fix incorrect data in the Relevance column for a selected torrent - Fix relevance column in peers tab This just highlights why uTorrent isn't taken seriously anymore and why I really no longer care about it or it's development.This client hasn't done anything noteworthy in years, unless you attempt to count the seemingly countless bugs and unpopular changes.Nothing that simple to fix should take weeks let alone months.. 3.4.2 released years later than the first 3.4.2 might end up being the clientthe original 3.4.2 should've been. MBAM keeps complaining about Exploit.Drop.70 so that you need to add utorrent.exe file to malware exclusions in order to install it. And then all attempts to add torrents are blocked. Vanquo Posted February 10, 2015 Report Share Posted February 10, 2015 I've had issues with "Move .torrents for finished jobs to:" option which randomly doesn't always work. Been putting up with it for a year or two now. But it seems like some of the recent builds has fixed this. Same with the Stop torrent problem. Seemingly fixed too. Some progress is happening after all. Besides the dumb installer and ads 'updates'... Maybe we can see some GUI responsiveness and stability improvements especially when adding extremely large/many torrents. v3.x GUI freezes or crashes on crazy big torrents. I've been using v1.7.7 or 2.2.1 just for this reason, Sometimes a different client altogether. That getting fixed would maybe signal a version number change like v3.5 perhaps... Each branch is based on the same stable build (38656) and contains only the changes from its specific branch. Before a change can show up in other beta branches, it first has to show up in a stable build. So, it's actually the "correct behavior" that the copyright fix from 38688 is missing from 38703, 38707, and 38709. I checked to download the latest beta, and as other posters have known, sometimes you will see a rollback to a beta some time back.
