uTorrent says that Port is not open but PFPortChecker says it is

I have done all I know of to get uTorrent to forward ports. I set it to a static port, manually configured my router and firewall to forward the port. When I check with uTorrent, it says it is not open. When I check it the PFPortChecker it says both the TCP and UDP ports are open. When I check it at http://www.canyouseeme.org/, it says the port is open. I can not figure out why uTorrent won't let anyone connect to me. My ratios are going down!

Any ideas?

For me this is an issue too (v3.3.2-30486 32-bit, windows 8.1) - by several ways I can test the port and I am sure it is open, but the network test in Setup Guide says otherwise.

Yet my Utorrent works fine and I actively DL/UL to many peers.

Using Version 3.4.2 and, yes, I'm also having this issue - all methods tried have verified my listening port is open, yet uTorrent refuses to recognize that it is...  Seeding and leeching proceed very nicely - no hindrances known to be occurring, but, in my book, if you're going to have a test available in the UI, it should run without "obvious error."  Love the client, and all other portions of it seem to have set and tested OK.  Only real problem I have here is that I've spent so much time consuming the "scads" of info and tutorials available, applying wisdom and instructions obtained, yet without result...  Oh, well - I would like to see this issue addressed to prevent the same frustrations happening to other end users!  Thanks for allowing me to express myself here; I just hope someone in development reads and implements corrections.
