christyttg Posted August 18, 2014 Report Share Posted August 18, 2014 I have been using utorrent 3.4.2 for months and this has never happened, when I try to open utorrent the page doesn't show up on screen. I can still download and it still works but I cant get the page on the screen. I'm using windows 8.1 and when I put the curser over the utorrent that's pinned to the task bar. I can see the page the the things on it, but I can get it to open completely on the screen nor can I click or change anything on it, I can stop seeding or delete it. nightdriver Posted August 21, 2014 Report Share Posted August 21, 2014 No Ut screen with icon click; Ut in 3.4.2*********** same problem as above running W. 7 O.S. in 64 bit...........have to use search box at "start" to play saved movies. Any advice administrator? I could uninstall and install Ut. again. I'd keep my movies. But would they be listed on the new "Ut" screen as before? I'm used to Ut; this is a pain in the mouse.P.S....One monitor only. ..................and to TFF it's three days later. Is Ut still functioning properly? Downloading torrents? .. (not on screen) I went to Start menu>search box>typed> Utorrent> deleted all old 3.4.2********** leaving the newest "updated" Utorrent p2p site only. New version should write over old version; but it's doesn't ...delete files from the older version(s) too (if any). ............. Now for some reason Utorrent screen will not open up from the task bar icon. UT screen will open "for me" with the desk top icon, clicking "run as administrator"???................
