conquerist
Using Windows 7 x64, uTorrent 3.4.2 stable build 33394, setting upload limit to any non-zero value sometimes causes upload speed to drop to zero. Broken behavior: Steps to reproduce: Set upload limit to any non-zero value. Behavior only occurs in some cases. I'm not aware of the exact conditions which are necessary for the behavior to occur. Workaround: Restarting uTorrent fixes the behavior. rafi
With my settings (below) it seems OK. You should explore more exact repro steps.
conquerist
Yeah, I've tried to narrow down the cases where it happens, but no luck so far :-/.
rafi
You didn't show the combined graph of DL + UL. Is there any download at the time? I have seen this happening with there is an active download AND you set it to limit overhead. Makes more "sense" since you push the oerhead down, and kill the related traffic (which shouldn't be so... to that extent. using 3.4.2 stable 33394) . rafi
so you have this overhead settings enabled and did you try w/o it?
