My download speed for torrent is going around 250 kbps then it fluctuates averaging around 10kbps. When im downloading outside of torrent(direct or etc) my downloading is averaging 300 - 400 kbps. There's a lot of seeders on the file im downloading so it cant be because of seeds or leeches. I've tried ping test and im not getting request time outs. miczz14 Posted September 18, 2014 Author Report Share Posted September 18, 2014 PS: i've been reading for similar problems changing some settings for a quite a while now and it's been reaching 250+kbps and then after some time it goes back to 10kbps. I did twerk a lot on settings testing every possibilities. And the main thing here is i tried using other torrent clients and also tried it on another pc. SAME PROBLEM. I also tried removing the router and plugging the modem directly to my PC. SAME PROBLEM. My ISP is PLDT. Protocol encription outgoing: enabled, also tried FORCED. SAME PROBLEM.
