utorrent will not sart when windows stsrts.

Hello i recently am having trouble getting utorrent to start with windows. If I set it to do so in preferences it will only do it about 1/4 of the time. if I select it not to run when windows starts and make a task for it to start in task manager. It will start but when I try to torrent something I get a window that says ( It seems that utorrent is already running but not responding).

I have tried complete uninstall and re install with no luck.
