pcj Posted October 21, 2014 Report Share Posted October 21, 2014 I just got offered an automatic update to the 1.8.6 beta, and it adds ads. This wouldn't be too big of a deal except that the ad is floating and covers part of the feed list, making it impossible to scroll to the bottom of the list. The ad should really steal UI space from the feed list so that the feed list actually ends where the ad starts instead of the ad flosting over top of it. xjoaniex Posted October 31, 2014 Report Share Posted October 31, 2014 I just upgraded to version 1.8.6 and must say that I am NOT impressed by the ad that now shows up in the sidebar. Can I suggest one or more of the following:1. Move the subscriptions to the top of the RSS section (I would like this in any case)2. Implement a separate RSS downloader as in the Windows version and hide the individual show feeds. I need to see individual show feeds very infrequently ... like when a new show is being added or when a show has been cancelled 3.
