Utorrent 3.4.2 Plus Not Aggressive!

Since i updated my utorrent to 3.4.2 plus i noticed its not aggressive at all meaning it allows the browser or any other download manager taking over my bandwidths,  i never  had that problem on utorrent 2.2.1, if i was downloading max speed it used take over everything,

Torrents have a good number of seeds so its not that problem

Do i need to change some settings or something!

Normal settings allow other programs to work at a reasonable speed. While those programs are not active, uTorrent will use your full connection as normal.

More aggressive settings won't solve your issue.

Im pretty sure its about settings, because this version drops the download speed from 1mbs to 500kbs if i try to load a web page

And if i start IDM utorrent will drop completely to 10kbs or less!

Is it just starting these applications or is it actually using them on the internet?

There's a big difference.

Ok Utorrent works fine, the only time utorrent drops the download speed is when i use other apps like doownloading IDM for example or even browsing the net using firefox...

starting apps and not using them to download or do anything online will not effect utorrent,

my question is why this version of Utorrent is not aggressive, and it lets  apps to take over,

with Utorrent 2.2.1 i cant even load google on firebox if im downloading max speed ?

I have a couple of computers running on my network, i keep one computer downloading none stop while limiting utorrent speed and leave 500kbs for other computers  which they use mostly for browsing, but even only browsing my utorrent drops the download speed alot.

i would like to see an option how aggressive utorrent can work

You should set up bandwidth preferences in your router for this kind of thing. That's what it's there for. Asking for 'bad behaviour' from the client is asking for trouble, especially if we were talking about a network where you'd be just a participant and not the owner, as well.
