uTorrent Creates directories with special characters?

So when you download a torrent with uTorrent that creates a directory with some kind of special characters in it that you can't access (i.e. change to that directory) or rename or delete it what do you do to fix this. It appears that the character that causing the problem is a question mark.

I'm on Windows 7, does anyone have an idea how to fix this? Rename the directory or remove the invalid character?

Talk to the creator of the utorrent file...utorrent creates only how the torrent file was created and you need to contact the creator of that torrent file not utorrent.

Fine, but that's after the fact. How do I fix the existing problem, since I now have several directories that are inaccessible and I can't get into them or rename them or delete them and I don't want these files permanently on my hard drive. uTorrent has to take some minor responsibility for this problem since it should not create directories or filenames with characters that are invalid in the operating system. I can't be the only person to have this problem and I would think that someone else here has had to deal with this problem and would be able to offer some advice on what to do in this case.

Log in Safe Mode and then delete those folders. Your the one to take responsiblity for your downloaded files - utorrent is the medium you yourself is responsible in the end for the files you download. No, many get stuck in your position cause they choose to download such file and then blame utorrent for having the problem they themselves created for themselves. So stop blaming the software and blame the user. Utorrent didn't download those you choose to downloaded such files.
