schnurlos
In your screenshot there is nothing about any speeds. You should test f.e. with www.speedtest.net with everything stopped during tests.

taim
I have 100Mbps down and 5Mbps up, you might be having problems because of your upload speed. Faster downloading will cause more upload overhead. Also your router/modem or network card might not be able handle the amount of connections for torrenting that it becomes noticeable when you use VoIP. Make sure you have uTP enabled and you can check the uTP delay speed graph if the numbers are high then you're definitely having latency issues which is bad for VoIP. I upgraded my internet and before that I didn't have any problems but with the increase in internet speed to my computer problems with my internal network card overheating started happening so I got a external USB one and now everything runs smoothly. I peaked at 44.8Mbps so far with uTorrent and was able to use the internet for other things.
Carry
what sucks is that in Australia, you can't increase your upload speed unless you're lucky enough to get fibre, but my router is apparently "high end" according to my isp. http://bc.whirlpool.net.au/bc/hardware/?action=h_view&model_id=1495 this is the specs of the router
taim
I use 5ghz frequency for my wifi, it looks like your router doesn't support it, with 2.4g my download is half of what I get with 5g. You might want to ask your provider about that. They gave me the new 5ghz modem when I upgraded my internet.
