Optimal settings for 2 gbps internet connection

Hey guys!

 

Could you please advise what would be optimal µTorrent settings to reach as much speed (both upload and download) as possible?

 

Config:

µTorrent 3.4.2

Windows 7 64bit

Xeon X3220

8 GB ram

480 GB OCZ ARC 100, firmware 1.01

2 x 1 gbps Intel NIC set up in "NIC teaming" using driver for Windows

 

Unfortunatelly, it's an old piece of junk and RAM can't be extended any further, but the SSD seems to be able to reach 220 MB/s with random read of 1 MB files. What I've gotten out of µTorrent so far was around 30 MB/s.
