But then half-way through downloading it dropped until it completely stopped downloading. My normal downloading/Web browsing is fine, I just can't torrent. I did the following: (These are not guaranteed to work, they are just steps I did)Restarted that torrentRestarted uTorrentRestarted my PCRebooted my internet through "192.168.0.1"Turned my router Off and OnChanged torrentChanged torrent programREAD - http://forum.utorrent.com/topic/13691-if-you-have-speed-issues-read-here-first/Set max download speed to "9999999999"Made sure "UPnP Port mapping" was EnabledChanged PortSet torrent bandwidth allocation to "High"Set uTorrent priority to "High" in task managerRan uTorrent "Setup Guide" Googled HelpYoutubed HelpDisallowed uTorrent through firewall then re-allowed itIt's now downloading but only at 300KBs but fluxes between 100KBs - 1000KBs But if none off the above work for you, try: (These are not guaranteed to work, they are just suggestions.)Reinstalling network addapterDisabling AdBlocker - (I read it can interfere, don't know if it's true or not but maybe worth a try.)Uninstall Anti-VirusSet up uTorrent through a proxySet up a VPNAs a last resort contact your Internet provider. (Torrenting itself is legal but many people use it for non-legal purposes, your internet provider can monitor your internet traffic so if you are download a lot of pirated films/games/music etc they may slow or even stop your torrent download speed.)NOTE:If your speeds slowed or stopped and you was able to fix it, please don't keep it to yourself.Share it with the world by commenting on this thread.
