BUHD Posted April 18, 2015 Report Share Posted April 18, 2015 I have several large videos that I created (I own all the copyright & content) that I want to share with certain people (friends and relatives). I have never created a Torrent before but I use uTorrent almost exclusively - I love the program and it's easy to download many different files. How do I create a torrent file for my video (for example 1 video that is say 5GB) and let others download it? I don't want to be constrained by bandwith limits etc. so if I were to host the videos on my own NAS server (or just computer), how can I let others download the file(s)? I am also very concerned about security and privacy - if I create a torrent for a file that is hosted on my computer, can someone downloading the file access my computer (ie hack into my computer)?
