korat2015
I am using utorrent 3.3.2 and up untl 2 day ago everything was ok and I was getting decents downalod speeds ( I have a 100 mb internet connection an usiing windows 7 ). Then just 2 days ago ALL downloads reverted to crawl speeds. First I checked a different computer and it was the same there too. So I checked the router and found no problems there. I ran the speed check from Glasnost and that concluded that download and upload speeds were not being "throttled" by my isp. I am getting download speeds of1.0 kb/s to 25 kb/s instead of 4-5 Mb/s and no matter what I do these speeds do not improve,I ran a speed test which came back very ok - download at 96 Mb/s which I have attached here. Any suggestions wooud be grately appreciated.

korat2015
I did not ask for support for the program...the program is ok. I just stated a problem with downloading torrents - which is happening with each client I try.
DreadWingKnight
Then the problem is with your internet provider and not with the client.
