Download or Move torrent contents to folder that uses .torrent name

Is there a way to set up utorrent to rename the downloaded folder's content to that of the actual .torrent file's name?

For instance:

Torrent A = blah_bloop_garbage.torrent

I rename it to: Blah Bloop - Garbage.torrent

When loading the .torrent file into uTorrent it retails the original uploaders format "C:\Downloads\blah_bloop_garbage"

At the moment, I manually fix this for each torrent (what a hassle!).

I would like to be able to either, load the torrent in a way that it retains the UPDATED .torrent name so you would see "C:\Downloads\Blah Bloop - Garbage\#contents"

Is there an application or script that can do this? I know utorrent has a "run program" feature however I'm not too familiar with scripting to figure it out, but I assume I could have it "place torrent contents into folderX (named after .torrent file) after download completes).

Thanks

What about after completion? I wouldnt mind, I'm just looking for the end result of having the folder named after its ".torrent" file.

I just create a folder base on the file name and move the contents into that...it's not that hard to do.
