Downloads will not begin (stuck at 0.0%)

Hi all,
I recently downloaded uTorrent 3.0 on my new laptop, and have older versions installed on 2 other machines that download like champs. 

What I've tried:
Running the setup guide, says everything is working fine.
Shutting down all of my other machines for testing.
Turning off windows firewall.

The odd thing is my total upload and download in the bottom corner of the uTorrent client keeps counting up.   For example:  U: 0 kB/s T: 249 kB

Any help would be much appreciated

Downloads not starting. Health not seen on bar.
