Fast Upload with v2 but not v3

I just cant get any decent constant speeds with v3 on Windows Server 2008 R2.

Ive disabled things like bandwidth management but as soon as I replace exe and try updated version I just get much lower speeds on same torrents.  On v2.0.4 or v2.2.1 for example I can usually max out up speed or get significantly higher and constant but as soon as I replace exe I just cant get same results. 

Is there any advanced settings in v3.0 and v3.1 that could be conflicting and causing this issue?

Somebody please help this is driving me crazy.

A download limit can cause this. Also some cache settings

For example on v2 on a good torrent I can max out connection or at least 5MB+.  As soon as close and swap exe on same torrent is either just crawls or slowly builds up to a max of around 2MB.  I swap exe back and I get 5MB+ again.

The settings in both are same because all im doing is swapping exe.

No because you edited saying that you had issue with them?

Will give them a go though.  It has to be some sort of added v3 advanced setting that doesnt exist in v2 because all im doing is swapping exe so settings.dat is exactly same?

one issue, that I hope was resolved.

this one is new: diskio.low_prio_disk.

And.. I guess there are some bugs that no setting can solve...  this is one of them:

Yeah seems same issue.  If files are downloading I get really slow up speed on v3 but not on v2.

Will have a good read of some of the threads/settings.
