AntiVirus Issues

Hello,

I recently upgraded to Utorrent Plus. I was going through the different option and when I click on Anti-virus and click the update button, it sticks at 0% and won't go beyond that. Anyone know of a fix for this?

I purchased today and have the same problem.  The AV will not UPDATE.
I am using WINDOWS 7 ULT 64B Security Essentials
Sustem 8 GB Free Mem 30 Meg ADSL

I purchased Plus, downloaded a torrent, and got the little clock under Antivirus for "Torrent contents are waiting to be checked for viruses and spyware."  I've right clicked and selected "Scan for viruses", but nothing happens.  Am I missing something?  When is a file ready to be scanned and I do I do it?

We just released an update that should fix this issue.  You should receive it as an auto update soon, but if you want to get a jump on it, you can download it here:

Let us know if that fixes the issue for you.

Ever since I purchased uTorrent Plus back in December of last year the Antivirus never seems to work, update after update the problem keeps coming up when you press update on the virus definitions it just stays stuck on 0%, I just gave up and turned the feature off and I am using my own Antivirus application.

I Second that..

The AV update NEVER worked in 2 different computers / architectures.

I just started using Plus.  In the SCANNED column upon completion of file, it lists: " Problem (Error: failed to scan file)".  I checked the Help file, and found a list of potential conflicting AV's, etc., but none which are loaded on my machine.  I would like to be able to use the Plus AV.  Suggestions please?

I upgraded to Plus about a month ago, and each time I start it up I receive a message "BitTorrent Antifirus - Powered by Bitdefender has stopped working".  Any clues as to a fix?
