"Stuck" ... Moving file!
I just encountered what I think could be a bug.
Using µTorrent 3.1.2 (build 26740), I had completed downloading an AVI file (size - 742,103,040 bytes) and µTorrent displayed "Moving" for over 3 minutes. The only way I could end the "Moving" was to click on the Start Torrent button. Is this a normal procedure?

Well, it's nice to know I'm not the only one experiencing this "_problem_". It's not a MAJOR problem, just an annoyance.
I downloaded your .dat file and will have a look at it in the next few days and do a comparison of what I'm currently using,

Same thing. Let's see if we have in common what I think we mite. It started happening for me on a first torrent I downloaded (~4 Gb) after installing Segate Barracuda XT 3Tb on a PCI Express SATA II controller. ASUS Aspire E380. Torrents in progress are on the main drive. On completion to be moved by uTorrent to the new 3 Tb drive

This appears to be a status update problem. The files finish moving, but the UI never updates. We'll fix that. In the meantime, forcing a re-check should probably fix it.

Thank you!!! 
I'm now using v3.1.2 and "being stuck" is no longer an issue (or annoyance) for me. Never tried forcing a recheck (did an exit and then restarted uTorrent), but that's good information for possible future problems.
