Skinning Status Bar and Info Tab "Availability" - Help Requested

I've already skinned the Status column in the main window thusly:-

I wonder if anyone knows if the Status Bar can be skinned?

I would like the section of the Status Bar marked in this image

to change its background colour if the "Stopped By Scheduler" status is being reported.

If anyone knows the code I need to insert into "btskin", I'd be grateful if you could reply.

I used to rely on the the red exclamation icon quite a lot, and failing its resurrection, changing the background colour to red would be an adequate alternative.

I would like to change the colour used to mark Availability in the Info Tab as marked in this image.
