Accidentally blocked internet access?

So, I'm a total noob when it comes to torrents and this was my first time using utorrent.. when the Mcafee security alert thing came up and it said something like "warning this program is trying to access the internet", I accidentally clicked BLOCK and now none of the torrents will download Somebody please help!

Remove the rules in McAfee for uTorrent.

I don't know, I don't use McAfee. It SHOULD be covered in their documentation.
