Duplicating torrents

I have been downloading torrents via the RSS feeder for a couple of years now with no problems.  Recently some of the torrents are being duplicated (for instance Emmerdale downloads twice every day) and some of the other shows which I download weekly are also duplicating.  I don't know what has changed but I am only allowed so many gb's a month and this is becomming a problem.  I used to be able to checkmark smart eps in the RSS feeder but that is no longer there and the only way now that I can use the smart eps is to state that I wish to download all the shows in the feed which I don't want to do.  Thanks in advance.
