A Few thing are missing from the translation file and web site

The trsanlation to word "playback" doesn't work and also there is a messege sometimes when doing something the messege is "an older version of utorrent is running..." so please fix it and thanks in advance.

Reason is, that on uTS the last build/translation is 26837.
The 3.1.3 build 27167 contains some changed/additional text but they are not in uTS, so not in the language file.
I already mentioned to Firon this matter before, but will push him again.

I hope that someone is checking everything that i post here because i am not sure that everything that i posted here have been fixed or will be fixed otherwise.

the playback section scroll area is another area that need to be fixed by the way.

I'm pretty  sure I've fixed the issue with being unable to translate the ffmpeg error. The fix will go up later tonight or tomorrow, though.
