I accidentally selected something other than english on installation.
Tried hitting cancel and starting again, but it used the previously selected language.
decided to hit next until setup was complete. Tried to change language under general settings, wasn't able to (error message I didn't understand). Downloaded the language pack, and put it in the program files folder but no difference.

Choose english from that screen immediately in your screenshot and click "Ok"
