Capt_717
I was cleaning up my desktop, where I had my uTorrent output folder set, and moved that folder to a more organized spot. I figured I would just redirect uTorrent to find the right files and continue seeding my files, but it won't do it. I have gone into the options and reset the target locations, but it won't recognize the files or something? What should I do?
DreadWingKnight
Preferences aren't retroactive to already loaded torrents. You need to individually tell uTorrent that you've moved the files for each torrent
Capt_717
Not retroactive, huh? Well, I guess. Thanks, problem solved. Though it would be nice if the preferences had an absolute function, like physically tracking where the torrent files are real time, or in intervals or something. Capt_717
Wait a minute, actually I didn't get it to work... What setting were you referring to because I'm not seeing it at right click...
DreadWingKnight
right-click the torrent advanced - set download location.
Capt_717
That works for completed torrents, too? Alright, I'll give it a try.
