Jesse20016
For the last week or so I have been having problems with Utorrent 3.3. Every time I try to download something it says "Connecting to peers" and never downloads the file. Today, I got a new computer (for a different reason) and Utorrent still says "connecting to peers". Please help.

Jesse20016
both magets and .torrent files won't work. I have Utorrent 3.3 build 29111 32-bit. Utorrent worked when I was in a Starbucks two days ago but It won't work in my new apartment. I don't know why. It just says Finding peers. Jesse20016
It seems like my ISP is not allowing me to connect to peers. When I go to a wifi hotspot like starbucks I'm able to download whatever I want. If I put my computer to sleep when leaving the wifi hotspot, I'm able to continue the download when I get to the apartment. But when I try to use a magnet or download link at my apartment, all Utorrent says is connecting to peers. Can anyone help me with ISP blocking? Salano
I believe I may be able to help you out here! I had this problem but managed to solve it myself, as I couldn't find any solutions online. What you may want to do is go into your specific torrents information (Files, Info, Peers, Trackers, etc.). Go to the Trackers tab and disable Local Peer Discovery and Peer Exchange. If you don't already have it on, Enable DHT now. This should fix it. Having UDP on will speed up the download afterwards.
