Not downloading & not connecting to other existing peers?

Hi, apologies if this should be in the speed forum.

Im having trouble with a certain torrent, there are 2 seeds and 18 leechers - im only connecting to 1 seed and 7 leechers, however off these people im downloading nothing (but im uploading a bit) - can anyone explain why this might be occuring? Pretty sure my settings are fine - i.e. they are default utorrent settings - so set to accept more connections than 7 and 1, and even then shouldnt it try other peers when it realises its not downloaded anything off these people?

Port is fine, utorrent is 1.3 364

Does this happen only with this torrent? If so, then it might just be an incredibly uncooperative swarm which is snubbing you for some reason. :/

Thanks for your reply - yes it only happens with this torrent - something wierd is happening because everyone leeching is stuck at the same % as me (say 60%). However occasionaly will connect to other leechers who have more like 90%, but it will only dl for a couple of minutes then will stop dling off them.

Sadly upgrading didnt help, I imagine its just a problem with the swarm and people not having the right %'s

Yeah...if it's isolated to only one torrent, that's probably the case.
