no image, only sound

I downloaded a file (using bitcomet), but when I try to play it, using windows media plyr, I can here the movie, but I get no image. Also, when I tried to burn it to a dvd, I got an error message saying the the file is not accessible. Is there something I can do?

Re: no image, only sound

That's a codec error on your part. I'd use GSpot to find out what codec it uses and download the appropriate codec.

If you're lazy and you don't care about the devious things that they do to your computer, you can try codec packs like K-Lite or CCCP or FFDShit..err FFDShow. Don't expect any sympathy from me when your computer explodes though tongue

In any case, Google is your friend.

Re: no image, only sound

this is a forum about a program called µtorrent, not a forum about movie issues.

This is getting ridiculous.

wow im surprised none of u have even said the most logical thing yet.

Ditch Media Player as its a pile of crap anyway, go and download VLC Media Player

As for putting onto dvd theres tons of converting software out there that will do it for u. im not sure if DivXToDVD is still free anymore but that works great.

Um, that's not "the most logical thing," unfortunately. Your opinion's subjective, and VLC doesn't play everything well O.o

Firon and webdr have it right.

Come on, I know this is the "chat" forum, but if you don't even use µTorrent, why come here for help?
