torrent storage folder can't be same as autoload folder ..........

is it ok ?or something wrong,,,,,,,wat does mean by this message

It means that the folder you chose for auto-load has to be something different from the folder for .torrent storage.

But what is an 'auto-load folder'?

I have this message on a particular torrent but my torrent save folder is different from the completed downloads folder - is this what it means?

Also, does it matter? Does it influence my speeds at all? Reliability?

Any answers would be appreciated

The message has to do with the settings in preferences-directories.
