PC crashes with uTorrent lastest version

Hi everybody:

I'm having some problems with the latest version (1.8.1). It is crashing my PC everytime. This happened also with the Beta Version.

My system chars are:

AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor 4000+

2.11 GHz, 2 GB RAM

MS Win XP ver 2002, Service Pack 3.

Hi Greg and Dread:

Have tried what Greg mentioned and installed latest NIC drivers (Realtek RTL8169/8110 Family Gigabit Ethernet NIC), but problem still is there.

I, too, am also experiencing the same issue with tcpip6.sys. I don't think it is a nic driver issue since my notebook uses an Intel chipset whereas the other guy was using a Realtek chipset. The only similarity is that we are both using Windows XP, however I am using SP2 whereas he is using SP3. Here is a detailed analysis by windbg of the memory dump:
