How do I disable upload from utorrent?

Hi,

I dont really want to have people uploading stuff from me.  And I think uploading slows my download speed.  How do I disable it?

You don't disable it.

You are also wrong about uploading. Uploading TOO MUCH or TOO LITTLE slows your download.

Simple: Don't use uTorrent -- BitTorrent REQUIRES you to upload!

My settings guide (2nd link in my signature) should give values that will return decent download speeds on most torrents. But on many marginal torrents, it's not uncommon to have download speed about the same as upload speed.
