Is Norton blocking my utorrent connection?
I tried improving my utorrent speed by using a guide on this site. I had to allow a UDP and TCP port on my Windows Firewall. Everyone else who used this guide said there utorrent showed the green light after they had followed this guide. I followed the guide step by step and it now shows the red light. Does this mean my Norton Internet Security is blocking my utorrent.
P.S. I have Windows Vista

Many ADSL modems *ALSO* need to be configured. Check portforward.com for your modem model!
