Can't associate torrent files...
Hey all,
I deleted Azureus to make room for Utorrent . When ever i go to dl a new torrent file, it gives an error that it cant be open because of association is unknown. I go to prefernces in utorrent and i have the box checked to associate the torrent files, but it doesnt compy with it. Is there a registry tweak that i can do??? or something of that nature?? to fix this problem..
Thanks..

Re: Can't associate torrent files...
in any folder Tools | Folder Options | File Types -> go down to TORRENT and associate it with uTorrent (probably will need to browse for it)

Re: Can't associate torrent files...
Try to open your explorer, (windows-E)
go to Tools-->Folder options-->File types tab
search for torrent file
and click change.
now select utorrent.exe
Edit: why isn't this on the FAQ?
