connections to keep per task

i think utorrent needs to be able to set the "connections to keep per task" like in bitcomet. if implemented, this should solve the connecting to few peers issue since we can now force it to stay connected to a minimum/fixed amount of peers

edit: actually i thought about it some more and i dont think that would solve the problem of not connecting to enough peers... since it may never reach the minimum amount at all to begin with... but still it would be a nice feature to have and would be useful when utorrent is able to connect to peers better
