My utorrent speed does not increase from 0.0kbps...

I am New to utorrent.I was experimenting my first download all was right but after 94.5% download speed reduce to 0.0kbps.I stoped it and try force start but the download speed increase from 0.0kbps to 0.1kbps and again reduce to 0.0kps.

What is the problem?

What is the availability for the torrent?

if the (avail) tab shows 0.945 or something very close to that then you have all the pieces available, there will probably be no seeders and only a few peers. That is considered a dead torrent unless someone else joins that already has it. It will never finish otherwise.

either wait until someone comes on line as a seed (may never happen) or find another torrent with the file you are looking for. (unfortunately this would most likely mean all of your download bandwidth was wasted. unless you find a torrent with the exact same files and more seeds. and are able to migrate it over)

Verify uTorrent isn't firewalled.
Make sure the tracker/s aren't being blocked.
If it's a public torrent, make sure DHT and Peer Exchange are enabled.
