inactive torrent?? how to activate it?

i have 3 torrents...but 1 inactive
i already change the queue settings to max 4..... but why only 2 torrents active?

Press start on the torrent in the listview. If that doesn't work, right click on it and select force start. Just be warned that forced starts keep going forever until you stop them and don't count towards your maximum number of torrents, so too many torrents for your connection could end up open.
