UTorrent Network Giving Wrong Info.

When I go into "UTorrent Setup Guide" and click on the test button to see if my network is open it says "Port is not open, but your still able to download"...But on the Utorrent downloading page at the bottom I have a green arrow and by clicking on it , it says my port is open and working correctly. I am downloading at 2mbps, so I would think the port is open. Just wondering why on the setup page it says my port forward is not open? Thanks.....
