its not downloadin at all now.

i looked on google how to restore to default

they all say

1. Exit µTorrent

2. Start > Run > %appdata%\uTorrent

3. Delete settings.dat and settings.dat.old

4. Stick to the settings recommended in the setup guide instead

i do not have the %appdata%\uTorrent.

does anyone know a tutorial like the one i just showed you, but to set all settings back to default?

thanks for help if i get any

Under Preferences, Bandwidth: CHECK Apply rate limit to uTP connections.

its already checked,

"global upload rate limiting

Maximum upload rate(kb/s):[0: unlimited] 0

my upload is set at 0 so its unlimited, should i put a low number there so it wont go over that number?

"im usin t mobile dongle 2mb internet speed,"

Most wireless ISPs will either kick-and-ban users who use BitTorrent because it's too aggressive in bandwidth usage...or throttle BitTorrent down to almost nothing.

Having upload speed in uTorrent set to unlimited would definitely be enough reason to trigger throttling. :(

Trackers do regular updates, (about every 30 minutes) if that's what you mean by "they just update over and over".
