Set UL/DL speed limit by right clicking uTorrent dock icon.

It would be useful to be able to set upload/download speed limits by right clicking the uTorrent dock icon.

Just a suggestion.

+1.  i miss this feature from Transmission.  Also can set the universal, instant upload/download limit in preferences,

+2. I also miss this feature (amongst others) from Transmission. I only use uTorrent because Demonoid doesn't reflect my upload/download ratio from Transmission. Yea, I know, Demonoid doesn't care about ratio, but I do. No other tracker I frequent has a problem reflecting my ratio using Transmission.

+1 This feature would be great. It also be great if you could set the upload/download speeds like you can in windows on the uTorrent window task bar (at the bottom) rather than being locked into the defaults. Eg. If I select say 300kb/s in Windows, I have a list between 300kb/s & 400kb/s where as in Mac uTorrent I don't, I only have a list of 200/250/500/750. It would be nice to customize this list, or at least have a shortcut to go to the download performance menu in preferences.
