Error opening Windows firewall: 0x80070005 Access is denied HELP?

I have been dowloading without a problem for months. Now when I try to download anything, I have no seeds. I also get the above message in the logger section. I checked my firweall and it is on and not blocking bit torrent. The only thing that has changed on my computer is that I had some window updates downloaded and installed. Can anyone give me some advice?

Chances are, I'm not in the mood for runarounds. If guides ask for info. Provide it before I have to ask for it.
