Couldn't agree more.
I think most of us like to keep our files organized, and also like to seed files for a bit after downloading. If we move files after the download completes we can't seed them, but if we download all files to one location we can't keep them organized. Coming in from Azureus/Vuze (now bloatware) and the Mainline client (now neglected and broken), this seems like a strange feature omission.
Setting the default preferences again before opening each .torrent file will work fine for now, but I would like to see this option in 1.0. Overall, I'm liking the client a great deal so far.

Would much appreciate being able to have plural destination folders . . . & come to that *all* functions for group-by-tracker are valuable to both power users & occasional ones.
