Did a quick Google search, and apparently the font is called "visitor" Can't verify that though. Hope it helped

Odd...it looks a lot like Silkscreen, the default font for most of these image types...

however it looks rather different on my screen (look at the "N" and "R") 
when i try to add 1 pixel stroke width, it appear even weirder
btw i'm using PSP9.

this is because ur using capitals ..type ur text using "small" letters ..that will solve the N and R problem ..about ur other problem.. well .."buy" photoshop

Last time I used PSP was version 7 then I switched to Photoshop, I can't remeber how PSP did strokes.
Anyway.. check the stroke settings, in Photoshop the stroke can be applied in 3 different ways: inside, outside and in the center of the selection. PSP might have something like this.

Can't find such settings in PSP. It seems the pixel stroke only has the proper effect at size 16 font and more.

PSP is known as the poor man's Photoshop for a reason. I used to stand by it but eventually caved in and switched to Photoshop. 
This isn't a userbar really - it will eventually take info from µT's webui and update it. Thought you might want to have a look at it though since it's in the userbar style.
