The 0 seed 0 peer, DHT announce/not allowed/waiting to sign in problem
So I've been using bitcomet for some time now, left my home for few days and when i came back I could not download anything, it always says 0 seeds and 0 peers. I have w7, the internet cable goes to a router and then it goes to my pc. What's interesting I have 2 roommates who use laptops with wifi and downloading works perfectly for them, so it's not a problem from the internet provider and it doesn't look like a problem with the router. I tried several utorrent versions, deleted all associated files/reinstalled everything. I don't have an antivirus program at the time, also switched off firewall to test if that's the case but as usual it isn't. I've tried from many different websites to download torrents and none of them work, asked a roommate to download something from a website I always use and there were no problems for him. I'm getting really frustrated with this and the lack of useful suggestions and I'd really really appreciate help without those general suggestions "rr pc". Need serious help

None, again this is not a security software problem, I never installed any other security programs after installing windows. The configuration of my internet system/pc did not change at all and it worked before perfectly, i'm puzzled as to what might be the problem.

Ok so more info, I think this is not a DHT problem as other people are saying DHT doesn't mean that much. So my roommate is able to download the same torrent that I cannot, for him dht, local peer discovery and peer exchange is not allowed, but the tracker for him is working, for me it's offline. I switched off my windows firewall completely, domain profile, private profile and public profile are all off, i don't have any antivirus softwares and hadn't change anything of my configuration that could have made this a problem appear, so are there any ideas as to what the problem might be?

I am currently having the same problem Seeds 0(0) Peers 0(0) , I tried updating tracker and restarting utorrent, the trackers from both torrents are the same, it also seems that it didn't download any information about the torrent like size, also tried Force Re-check but nothing happened.I also tried downloading a torrent this morning and the same thing happened and about an hour ago (took more then 12 hours) it just started downloading. I have w7 32bit, no router so no need for port forwarding, no antiviruses, just the usual programs, windows Firewall was also off. This problem started about 2 days ago.

I noticed the problem with the 0 seeds and 0 peers and not checking the torrent for information about 2 days ago.I have the latest utorrent 3.1.3. I also used FAQ but found nothing and used search and found this thread.

I just reinstalled Bitdefender Total security 2012 so there is no need for internet security right?It found some infected cookies and deleted them.

I have the same problem. It was working one night and then the next morning I couldnt download anything. It wouldnt start and there were no peers or seeds. I dont think it has anything to do with my computer because I didnt change anything overnight.
