UTorrent not downloading at all

I have been using UTorrent successfully for a few years now, but in the last few days have had major problems.

Basically, I cannot download at all. I have tried the setup guide and the network is fine and the port is forwarded, but all my bars are red. And the status is not allowed on all of them.

Please help, I am absolutely,completely stuck.

It also won't let me download the latest version when I boot the machine up, says there is a problem downloading the update.

Shall I delete the .dat files and re-install, will that help this problem?

I have enabled DHT, but to no avail. Is there something I am missing here, I have forwarded the port in my router settings, and the port is showing as open in UT.

Right, I have deleted the two files in the app data folder. Then uninstalled and reinstalled and there are still red bars through all my torrents and I've got all these messages on my tracker tabs in the downloading section:

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Failure: Torrent not registered with website!
Failure: Torrent not registered with this tracker
Connection closed by peer
Tracker sending invalid data <NULL>
[DHT] not allowed

Download the torrent from openoffice.org and try it for a few minutes to see how it downloads.

Not downloading at all: The only thing that is working is uploading one torrent and thats it (1.8kbps).

Speed: 0 right across the board

What could be causing all of my torrents not to work even though the  port is open and the network is fine?

Either your internet security software or your internet provider is blocking.

Have looked at the Zone Alarm config and UT is allowed on all counts, green ticks across the board.

I use Antivir for AV software, and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. The website blocking is switched off, so I am coming to the conclusion that its the ISP. How can I get around this? My ISP is BT btw....
