I wrote simple script to fix settings.dat (on php).
If anyone required, ask me I can share the script or convert your file.

2Firon: If you still not all cases fixed, here my broken lists in settings.dat (was records => fixed count):

1. setup in php.ini: memory_limit = 2048M (may be more ^_^ for 138MB file, script eat ~1.5GB)
2. put settings.dat in same directory with scripts
3. execute the script from browser
4. get "fixed_settings.dat" from directory of the script and put it in directory with utorrent with name "settings.dat"

Missed a few; whole lot of duplicates under webui.download_folders and ct_hist (also add_dialog_hist, but that might be a separate bug). Otherwise, worked great! Thanks! Brought my settings.dat down from 536kb to 45kb (and then I BEncode Edited it down to 21kb by removing the other duplicate entries I found).

Future staff:
1.Optimize writing peaces for lower PC example: if you downloading some torrent with rar files and peaces a 128/256/512 part size files the process now is slow.
2. To has a button to backup/restore your settings!
3. Faster updating the stats % in peer and speed bar
4. Update RSS on every 10 seconds now is at least 5 minutes

don't say 'no', cause with every new version its gettin slower:) and thats dumb, not everyone had 0day money to buy every expensive part for his/her pc, because the utorrent version..
and the '4.'...we are not usin rss but it will be nice if the program updates faster than now ; )

1,3,4 -> +1
2 -> -1 ... -> Whoever is to blame for accidentally hosing the settings/exe file(s) , should also back them up upon any version change...

We believe we have them all now. A refresh will be coming today with the final fix (having tested this new fix with Rafi already)

Seriously devs, every update gives the double amount of new bugs than you manage to fix.
The settings.dat still grows, the client doesn't connect to the swarm , µTorrent refuses to close when you trying to quit the program, and µTorrent crashes whole the time.

No offense, but make it open source or hire professional programmers who don't mess the code up!

Yes, and add_dialog_hist seems fixed now, but it still doesn't retain the trailing "\" in the folders, making it change to the directory above every time the Add dialog opens. (ie. G:\Temp\TVEps -> G:\Temp -> G:).
