utorrent content not shoing up in add torrent dialog box

after clicking a magnetic link or other torrent the add torrent box comes up which should show the content of the download which then you ok and it goes to the DL status page. I had a bad virus and reinstalled windows and thought it was because of that. today after reinstall its doing the same thing.

Any help appreciated

If you've never had a problem with Zone Alarm before, you're either blind or out of luck.
