Nonexistent downloads shown in system tray icon tooltip

Here's my problem, not sure if it is a bug, or maybe something is is wrong with my PC...
As you can see in the screenshot, there is no any downloads on the list in the program itself, but in the tooltip at tray icon there are shown two active downloads... If I'm actually downloading one file, in tooltip are shown three downloads, etc.
So, what are those two?
